They came out next day and installed on my property. I just mentioned to them that my son was in Air Force basic training and they automatically gave a military discount. I had my windshield replaced here today, and they were wonderful! I highly recommend them. I appreciated being able to text them - actual human customer service - amazing! They were prompt in returning my message, and had no problem when I had to reschedule on short notice. I appreciated their kindness very much. While I was having my windshield replaced, I sat in their waiting room. Most of the time when I sit in waiting rooms, I hear negative talk behind the wall from the employees that is very gloomy to listen to - Everyone is so miserable these days. Today was the total opposite experience - The staff were all lifting each other up, even talking about their faith and church group, and so positive! I appreciated the positivity and it brought a smile to my face. They were lovely to converse with while waiting, too. When they were done, they apologized for it taking a little longer than normal and were just incredibly kind about the whole thing. Everyone had a smile on their face. I really appreciated their quality work on putting in the windshield, their prices (lower than the other quotes I received), and top notch customer service.
